Kenall has been awarded an 8(a) Set-Aside IDIQ contract by the USACE Fort Worth district to provide A-E services on military projects at various locations under a Mentor-ProtŽegŽe JV with Freese and Nichols. This task order consists of 43 subtasks that require our team to provide assessment reports, drawings, specifications, design analysis, current working estimates and answers to requests for information for the development of D-B and D-B-B RFPs for multiple Sustainability, Renovation and Modernization (SRM) and Combat Training Center (CTC) projects at Fort Polk, Louisiana. The type of subtasks includes Guard Rail System Repairs, establishing drainage, culvert repairs, crosswalk design studies, wash rack repairs, trail repairs, chiller repairs, HVAC system repairs, boiler repairs, and controls and infrared heater repairs.

Kenall is responsible for the overall project management of the task order; H&H analyis; geotechnical investigations and engineering analyis; development of design submittals; QA/ QC of deliverables; and responding to bidder inquires/ RFIs.
