Kenall conducted testing and inspections services supporting the Avenue D Drainage Improvement Project. The project included of drainage improvements in Jefferson Parish at Avenue C (between 6th and 8th streets), Avenue A (between 6th and 8th streets), and on Gaudet Drive (between 6th and 8th streets). The improvements encompassed installation of concrete drainage pipe (RCP) and roadway replacement, installation of drain pipe, conflict boxes, pavement restoration, and incidental construction work.

Kenall’s staff performed moisture density tests of the soils and fill, in-place compaction testing of soils and asphalt, concrete inspection/testing, vibration monitoring during construction, welding and bolt inspection, and non-destructive testing associated with the project.
