Kenall prepared a preliminary engineering report and contract documents for 1,200 linear feet of box storm sewer, designed for a 25-year storm event, with the goal of improving existing drainage in North Harris County, specifically in Harris County Flood Control District ditch unit M125-00-00.

Our services included a site survey, historical analysis of flooding and drainage patterns and drainage master plans, environmental assessment, surface water modeling, planning, design and a construction cost estimate for the box sewer system. We prepared a drainage area map, plan and profile; structural details; and traffic control/construction sequencing, and utility relocation plans.
